Your use of this website constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined on this page and is applicable to all transactions you may make on this website. These terms do not affect your statutory rights. Please read this page carefully and print a copy for your reference.

Repair & Replacement Under Warranty

We will be delighted to replace or repair any item that develops a manufacturers fault within 12 months from the date of purchase. We simply ask that where possible digital images are provided so that we may assess any warranty issues. As with most suppliers our warranty is return to base. This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, or abuse and does not cover normal wear and tear. Just make sure you do not try to remedy any fault yourself since we can’t accept returned items that have been interfered with, simply because it invalidates the manufacturers warranty.

Please understand that during the process of manufacturing there can occur slight blemishes in acrylic, fiberglass, steel and aluminium, just as there can naturally be creases in leather and differentials in wood grains (every tree is unique and grains vary which is what makes wood so beautiful). Such material features are not damage or defective as they are due to the nature of the material. Also, the warranty does not extend to buttons on sofas and chairs as they have a tendency to catch on clothing and keys and are not considered a manufacturing defect.

We are not to be held responsible for customers own fixings or any damage to goods caused as a result of the customers own fixings.

Suitability Of Goods

It is your responsibility to check that the materials, features, design and dimensions of our products, which are clearly stated on this website, are suitable for your purposes as these are not deemed sufficient cause for returns and refunds outside of your statutory rights.

Preparing For & Taking Delivery

It is your responsibility to check that the dimensions of hall and doorways are sufficient to permit access of the products ordered. Where larger items are involved we suggest that you have 2 people to take delivery. Please understand that although our couriers are very helpful, their responsibility is only to deliver the items to your home, not to take them inside, up the stairs, remove packaging etc. If you would prefer to have this level of service, known as ‘white glove’ service we will be happy to quote you. When you sign for the goods from the courier, you are signing that you have received them in perfect condition and that you are completely satisfied with them. Therefore, check the goods to ensure that they are free from damage and you are satisfied with them before signing as we cannot be responsible for any marks, scratches, chips, or other damage once you have signed for the goods excepting you have done as follows: If the goods are damaged or unsatisfactory you should write the word ‘damaged’ or ‘unsatisfactory’ on the delivery note. This also applies where someone signs for the goods on your behalf.

Bespoke Items

All custom, personalized, bespoke and made to order items are non refundable.

Pricing

Although we strive to ensure accuracy, should any product be erroneously listed in detail or at an incorrect price, we have the right to cancel any orders placed on such incorrect information regardless of whether the order has been confirmed. Of course, if your credit card has been charged and your order is cancelled due to incorrect details or pricing, you will receive a full refund.

Availability Of Products

Our products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn without notice at any time. If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason we will refund in full any money already paid. However we will not be responsible for any losses incurred for non supply due to non availability or late delivery. Most products featured on this website are currently in stock and available for fast delivery. Other items that are not in stock are subject to lead times and may take approximately 12 weeks or longer to deliver. Due to circumstances beyond our direct control we cannot be liable for any losses, damages or costs incurred by any delays in delivery and in transacting to do business with us you waiver any right to claim in this regard.

Cancellation Of Orders / Returned Goods

In the rare event that you are dissatisfied with our goods and wish to cancel your order, you must do so in writing within 7 days from the date of delivery for a full refund minus applicable delivery charges. It is then your responsibility to return your order to us no later than 7 days after informing us of your wish to cancel, at your own cost, in new, undamaged, sale-able condition in the original packaging. We have the statutory right to hold you liable for any goods received back incomplete, damaged or in unsaleable condition.
